Reza Fatemi, P.E, Ph.D. Dr. Reza Fatemi specializes in performing vibration and EMI testing and recommending solutions to make sites in compliance with sensitive medical equipment per siting requirements. Dr. Fatemi has served as a scientist/dynamic consultant for more than 700 MRI and CT installation projects since 1999. He has published a number of technical reports and articles in the most prestigious engineering journals. He has 20 years experience in managing and performing engineering and scientific projects. Dr. Fatemi is a registered professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin. He has also successfully completed the introductory and advanced short course in Micro PAVER Pavement Management System at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Dr. Fatemi also has extensive experience and training in Nondestructive Testing and Evaluation (NDE) techniques including Ground penetrating Radar (GPR) and Impact Echo.   Ms. Mercedes R. Crovetti, M.S. Ms. Crovetti has received a Bachelor and a Masters of Science degree at the University of Illinois a University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in civil engineering with concentration on pavement evaluation, management and design. Ms. Crovetti is a nationally recognized specialist in the area of pavement evaluation and management systems with more than 3000 miles of pavement evaluation and management project experience to date. Ms. Crovetti has also been directly involved in the development and documentation of Micro PAVER. In addition, she is experienced in leading and training field survey crews and performing pavement engineering analysis. Mrs. Afsaneh Ahmadi-Riazi, M.S. Mrs. Ahmadi has received her Master of Science degree from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Transportation Engineering. Mrs. Ahmadi has joined the Infrastructure team in 2004. She comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of pavement management and pavement design. Mrs. Ahmadi has an extensive field experience in PCI survey of Roads, trails, and parking lots.
